About this site
This website is operated by Gelato Supplies, the official elenka distributor for australia. It is an information and enquiry site for trade customers. It is not an online shop: no prices are published, no orders are taken and no contract of sale is formed here.
Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Nothing here is an offer
Product listings, descriptions and availability are provided for information. They are not an offer to supply, and they do not commit us to supply any product at any price or in any quantity. Any supply is governed by our terms of supply and by the order we accept, which are separate from these website terms and prevail over anything on this site if the two ever differ.
Product information
Product descriptions, dosages and formats are published in good faith and are based on information supplied by the manufacturer. Specifications can change without notice, and the range available in Australia is not identical to the manufacturer’s international range. The controlling document for any product is the current Elenka specification sheet, which we supply on request.
Allergens and food safety
Where this site does not display an allergen declaration for a product, it is because we do not hold a current specification sheet for it — not because the product is free of allergens. The same applies to ingredient lists and to gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free status: an absent statement means the data is not held, never that the answer is no.
Do not rely on a product name, description, image or category when answering a customer allergen enquiry, and do not carry a declaration across from a similar product in the same range. Request the specification sheet.
You are responsible for compliance with the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code in your own operation, including labelling, allergen management and any claim you make to your own customers.
Technical guidance
Dosages, methods and recommendations published here are starting points based on the manufacturer’s reference conditions. Results depend on your recipe, equipment, water, ambient conditions and process. Validate on your own production before relying on any figure commercially.
Articles on this site that touch on regulation describe which standard governs what. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for advice on your own labelling or operation.
Using the site
You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own business purposes. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to reach the gated documents other than through the form, resell or republish its content as your own, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Documents delivered through the enquiry form are provided for your own business use. Links to them are private and time-limited; please do not redistribute the link itself, since it grants access to anyone who has it until it expires.
Content and copyright
The text, layout and design of this site are ours or used with permission. Product names, images and technical literature originating from the manufacturer remain the manufacturer’s.
Trademarks
Elenka is a trademark of Elenka S.r.l. (Italy). Gelato Supplies is an authorised Australian distributor and is not the manufacturer. Product names and marks are used to identify the goods supplied and remain the property of their owners.
Third-party links
Links to third-party sites, including Elenka’s own website and YouTube channel, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.
Availability
We do not promise the site will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, including removing a product page when a product leaves the Australian range.
Liability
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on information published on this site, and our liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to resupplying the information or the equivalent cost of doing so.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
